What is NADA?
What NADA tracks, how it stores data, and what comes with Free and Pro.
Reviewed
NADA is a local-first nutrition app for tracking protein and fibre.
A focused food log
NADA records foods, portions, recipes, daily totals and goals for protein and fibre. It does not track calories or weight. Food scores, streaks and automated coaching are outside the product.
NADA is an information tool. It is not a diet plan, medical device, clinical tool or source of medical advice.
Your records stay on your device
Food logs, nutrition history, goals, custom foods, saved barcode foods, recipes, favourites and preferences are stored on your device as the app's primary record. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup if backups are enabled.
Limited network access
NADA may connect to Open Food Facts for barcode lookups. Store purchases and restores use Apple or Google billing with RevenueCat. Links open in your browser. Exports and recipe sharing happen only when you start them.
Free
Free includes food logging, daily review, goals, favourites, recent items, export, full local deletion and up to three active recipes. It shows today and the previous six calendar days. Seven-day Stats becomes available after you have logged food on seven consecutive days. Default and High Contrast themes are included.
NADA Pro
NADA Pro adds access to all local history, longer and custom Stats views, comparisons and breakdowns, premium themes, unlimited active recipes and active home-screen widgets.
